As a BACP-registered counsellor and psychotherapist, I handle all personal information in line with UK GDPR. I’m also registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office), as required for data protection compliance.
When you contact me via this website, I’ll collect your name, contact details, and any other information you choose to share. If we begin working together, I’ll also hold confidential session notes and relevant personal details to support our therapeutic work. Client records are kept for a minimum of seven years after therapy ends, in line with professional and legal guidance.
All personal data is stored securely - whether digitally or on paper - and is only accessible to me. I use encrypted devices and secure platforms to protect your information, and I will never use your data for marketing purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You can also object to or restrict certain types of processing.
