Support with
your IVF journey

IVF can affect every part of your life, and the impact may build over time.

I offer a calm, supportive space where you can share all of it, whatever stage you are at.

Support with all aspects of IVF, from a therapist who has experienced it.

Support with every stage

Every woman’s path through IVF is unique to them, so I aim to support you in the ways you personally need.

However, this often includes...

Providing a space for all of it

You don’t need to filter what you say with me, or try to hold things together.

I provide somewhere to share the hope, the fear, the anxiety, the despair… The anger, the grief, the loss - and the moments of excitement too.

I can help you feel supported through uncertainty, starting to lose hope, and when things begin to feel overwhelming or too much.

Making sense of what you’re dealing with, at your pace

So much of this experience is hard to process alone.

I aim to make you feel seen, validated, and understood with all that you are going through. Nothing is off limits, or considered too much.

A place for the things that feel hard to say

I provide somewhere to share the thoughts and feelings you’ve kept to yourself - the ones that feel difficult, or hard to admit.

Things like pregnancy envy, or anger and frustration. It’s all completely normal under the circumstances, and it can help to talk about it.

The bigger picture

IVF can begin to take over everything. Your thoughts. Your plans. Your sense of the future.

Together, we can explore the impact it’s having on you, and your life. And we can look at whether there are ways to bring a little balance back.

When things aren’t
going to plan

If IVF isn’t going as you hoped and the goal posts have shifted, working with me may include thinking about treatment decisions.

This might mean looking at things like - having further specialist investigations, or considering moving to donor eggs or sperm.

I know how sensitive and challenging this can be, and I help women navigate these decisions all the time.

Thinking about ending your fertility journey

Feeling as though you may be coming to the end of your fertility journey without a child, is one of the most significant things you are ever likely to have to face as a woman. I am truly sorry you are grappling with this reality.

I understand the complexities of this, and it is a decision I support women through gently and sensitively.

A consistent, calm presence

I can be a constant support throughout the entire IVF experience, and what comes after. I’ll stay with you through all of it, and will offer understanding and support for whatever you bring.

IVF can be a
lonely and isolating experience.

I provide a supportive, safe space to help you feel less alone with it all.

No matter what you are thinking or feeling -

You can share it openly with me and know you will be supported and validated.

Whatever stage you are at, and whatever you are facing -

I can help you navigate it carefully, and support you
through it.

I specialise in IVF support and can help you navigate whatever you are facing.
